Two audiences, two apps
I designed both the customer app and the service-provider app. Separating the experiences made it possible to give each audience a focused interface instead of forcing two different needs into one application.
Customer experience
The customer-side design was framed around making service discovery and selection understandable. The exact production feature set and booking details should be checked against the live app before publishing screen-level claims.
Service-provider experience
The provider-side app was designed as a dedicated experience for the people delivering services. Its exact operational features should be represented using approved original screens or verified reconstructions rather than assumptions.
A connected marketplace
The two apps belong to one service ecosystem but serve different goals. The case study focuses on designing both sides together while keeping their interfaces tailored to their audiences.
Outcome
Two separate mobile applications—one for customers and one for service providers—were designed, and the product is live. Detailed outcome metrics and exact feature-level evidence were not available for this draft.
My contribution
Design of customer and service-provider mobile applications. Specific research methods, feature details, and measured outcomes are not claimed where they have not been confirmed.
